Users can report potentially harmful, prohibited or illegal content using Lovaville's reporting tools.
Where applicable, users may appeal moderation decisions through our Complaints & Appeals process.
Lovaville may cooperate with competent law-enforcement and judicial authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.

Lovaville may offer paid subscriptions.
Before purchasing, users will be shown the applicable price, billing period and principal features included with the subscription.
Subscriptions may automatically renew where this is clearly indicated at purchase.
Users can cancel according to the cancellation procedure provided by Lovaville.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.
Payment information may be handled by the applicable payment processor in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.
Refunds and cancellation rights are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer-protection law.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
