By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity conducted through it.

Users may create groups and communities subject to these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
Group creators and administrators are responsible for complying with applicable platform rules.
Lovaville may remove content or restrict groups that violate our policies or applicable law.
Lovaville uses automated moderation technologies to assist in identifying potentially harmful, prohibited, or illegal content and activity, including attempts to circumvent safety systems.
Content and accounts presenting a high level of risk may be automatically restricted or escalated for human review. Lovaville may review, restrict, remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
Violations involving CSAM, child sexual exploitation, human trafficking, or other serious criminal activity are treated as high-priority safety matters and may result in immediate action and referral to competent authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.
Users can report potentially harmful, prohibited, or illegal content and profiles using Lovaville's reporting tools.
Reporting categories may include harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, child sexual exploitation or abuse, CSAM, human trafficking, and other violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
Reports are reviewed according to Lovaville's moderation and safety procedures. High-risk reports are prioritized for review and may result in immediate restriction or removal of the reported content or account.
Where applicable, users may appeal moderation decisions through our Complaints & Appeals process.
Lovaville may cooperate with competent law-enforcement and judicial authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.

Before purchasing, users will be shown the applicable price, billing period and principal features included with the subscription.
Subscriptions may automatically renew where this is clearly indicated at purchase.
Users can cancel according to the cancellation procedure provided by Lovaville.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.
Payment information may be handled by the applicable payment processor in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.
Refunds and cancellation rights are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer-protection law.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
