Subscriptions

Lovaville may offer paid subscription plans with different billing periods and prices.

The applicable price and billing period are displayed before purchase.

Users may cancel their subscription using the cancellation mechanism made available by Lovaville.

Cancellation prevents future renewal where completed before the applicable renewal date.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation does not automatically result in a refund for a billing period that has already started.

Refund requests are assessed in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the request.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

Please include the email address associated with your Lovaville account and relevant billing information.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Consumers within the European Union may have statutory rights concerning digital services and subscriptions.

Where applicable, these rights are not excluded by this policy.
