Inactive accounts deleted after 24 months. Billing data retained for 10 years.
AWS (hosting), Stripe (payment), internal AI moderation – all GDPR compliant.
Some transfers to the United States (AWS, Stripe) are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
Users may access, correct, delete, object to processing, or request data portability via contact@moderering.com.
TLS encryption, restricted access, secure backups, continuous monitoring.
